Return Policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 15 days of order date for a full refund or exchange. If returned after 15 days from order date, we will issue an online store credit for the full purchase price. There are, however, a few exceptions:

• The product must not be washed, worn, or otherwise used. If so, the product is no longer eligible for return or exchange. We will send your item back to you without an exchange or refund.
• Due to ongoing sales, replacement stock is never guaranteed - which means you'll need to let us know ASAP if you want a certain design for an exchange. If we do not have what you need in stock, we will provide alternative options for you. 

Exchange and returned items will be sent back to us at your expense (we don't provide a prepaid return label). Please note: Exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. You will need to provide a tracking number for your return so we can verify the product is in transit back to us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
