Q: Where are you located?

A: We are currently located in New York.

Q: Do you have a storefront?

A: Currently we do not. All of our products are available online.

Q: What types of shirts do you use?

A: Our solid color tees are 100% pre-shrunk, semi-fitted cotton tees and our heather tees are 60/40% cotton/polyester blend.

Q: What Adult sizes are offered?

A: We offer sizes Small to 2XL. If you need a larger size, shoot us an email and we’ll let you know if we can help you on your request.

Q: What are the Washing instructions?

A: We recommend machine-washing your items in cold water. Non-chlorine bleach, when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the designs.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: All orders are hand made and the turn around time is 3-7 business days.

Q: What is your shipping method?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. In the case of lost or undelivered items, Havana Central Market will not be held responsible.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes you can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.

Q: Can I change my order?
